Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if:
- your item is damaged,
- defective,
- or you received the wrong product.
We will work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- sale items,
- gift cards,
- personalized or custom products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
